Chocolate Bark with Sultanas & Nuts

Makes: 1 tray
INGREDIENTS
375g dark chocolate (50% or higher, 1 ½ blocks)
80g white chocolate (approx. ⅓ block)
A handful of FreshLife Australian Sultanas
A handful of FreshLife Natural Almonds, toasted and roughly chopped
A handful of FreshLife Pistachio Kernels, toasted and chopped
sea salt flakes
METHOD
Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
Chop the dark chocolate and place in a microwave safe bowl. Heat it for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until almost fully melted. Continue stirring until the chocolate is smooth and completely melted. Repeat the step, in a separate bowl, with white chocolate.
Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the lined tray and use a spatula to spread it out. You don’t have to spread it to the very edges - you can leave it in a freeform shape. Drizzle white chocolate over the dark chocolate and make a beautiful pattern using a skewer.
Sprinkle the sultanas and nuts over the melted chocolate while it is still soft, then sprinkle a little sea salt over the top.
Leave it to solidify completely at room temperature or in the fridge if you are in a hurry.
Break the chocolate bark in pieces to serve. Or wrap as a special gift.
