INGREDIENTS:

Dates, rice flour (white, brown), starch (maize, tapioca), raising agents (500, 450), psyllium husk, salt, vegetable gum (415).

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time in oven: 45 minutes

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 185°C (Bake)

  • Grease a 20cm (8-inch) loaf tin and line with baking paper.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, oil and eggs. Stir in the mashed banana. Add the Banana Loaf Mix and stir until well combined.

  • Pour mixture into the prepared tin. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

  • Allow the loaf to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice once fully cooled. Store in an airtight container.
