Soy Crisp Fuel Balls

Makes:
12 golfball sized balls or 16 more petite ones


INGREDIENTS

¾ cup Pic’s Peanut Butter 
½ cup maple syrup
pinch of salt
dash of water
½ cup protein powder
2 cups FreshLife Soy Protein Crisps
¼ cup FreshLife Californian walnuts, roughly chopped
¼ cup sultanas  
180g dark chocolate, melted


METHOD

  • Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt in a medium pot and heat gently to melt together.

  • Add the protein powder and  just enough water to help incorporate the protein powder into the mixture. Stir it really well until smooth.

  • Add the protein crisps, walnuts and sultanas. Mix well.

  • Form into balls and place on a lined baking tray. Freeze for 30 minutes until set.

  • Coat the balls with the melted chocolate.

  • Chill until firm.

    Store in the fridge.
