Soy Crisp Fuel Balls

Makes: 12 golfball sized balls or 16 more petite ones
INGREDIENTS
¾ cup Pic’s Peanut Butter
½ cup maple syrup
pinch of salt
dash of water
½ cup protein powder
2 cups FreshLife Soy Protein Crisps
¼ cup FreshLife Californian walnuts, roughly chopped
¼ cup sultanas
180g dark chocolate, melted
METHOD
Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt in a medium pot and heat gently to melt together.
Add the protein powder and just enough water to help incorporate the protein powder into the mixture. Stir it really well until smooth.
Add the protein crisps, walnuts and sultanas. Mix well.
Form into balls and place on a lined baking tray. Freeze for 30 minutes until set.
Coat the balls with the melted chocolate.
Chill until firm.
Store in the fridge.
