Herby Walnut Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS
1 garlic flatbread
100g grated Mozzarella
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
⅓ cup FreshLife Californian Walnut Pieces
4 sprigs fresh thyme, torn into small pieces
¼ tsp tsp chilli flakes
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Chop the walnut pieces roughly and lightly toast them.
Place the garlic flatbread on the prepared tray. Sprinkle the walnuts, thyme and chilli flakes over the bread, then scatter the two cheeses over the top.
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until the cheese melts and the topping is starting to brown.
Serve garnished with some extra herbs.
