Herby Walnut Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 garlic flatbread
100g grated Mozzarella
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
⅓ cup FreshLife Californian Walnut Pieces
4 sprigs fresh thyme, torn into small pieces
¼ tsp tsp chilli flakes


METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

  • Chop the walnut pieces roughly and lightly toast them. 

  • Place the garlic flatbread on the prepared tray. Sprinkle the walnuts, thyme and chilli flakes over the bread, then scatter the two cheeses over the top.

  • Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until the cheese melts and the topping is starting to brown.

  • Serve garnished with some extra herbs.
