Breakfast Bircher Muesli

Makes: 4 jars


INGREDIENTS

180g rolled oats

500ml milk of your choice

100ml apple juice

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 large apple, grated

50g FreshLife Sliced Almonds

350g plain Greek yogurt

Toppings:

20g FreshLife Sliced Almonds

Fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, extra grated apple - your pick!)

Extra yogurt (if desired)

Cinnamon

Honey


METHOD

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, apple juice, grated apple, lemon juice,  FreshLife Sliced Almonds and Greek yogurt.

  • Divide the mixture between 4 jars, seal, and refrigerate overnight.

  • When ready to eat, top with cinnamon, honey, fresh fruit, and extra almonds.

STORAGE

Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
