Coconut & Seed Clusters

 

Gluten & Dairy Free


Makes:  20-24 approx.


INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups / 80g FreshLife Coconut Chips

½ cup / 75g FreshLife Pumpkin Seeds

2-3 Tbsp FreshLife Chia Seeds

2-3 Tbsp FreshLife Raisins

100ml maple syrup or other liquid sweetener

METHOD

  • Pre-heat oven to 175°C Bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together well.

  • Using two teaspoons drop by clusters onto a baking sheet and squeeze the ingredients together.

  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the coconut just begins to turn golden.

  • Remove the baked clusters from the oven and allow to fully cool.
