¼ cup FreshLife Pine nuts
1 ½ cups fresh basil leaves
1 – 2 cloves garlic
50g parmesan, grated
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Stir well before use. Toss through pasta, drizzle over soups and grilled meats, or add to dressings.
TIP: If you fancy a change from pine nuts, why not substitute pine nuts for walnuts, pecans, almonds or pistachios.
