Super Seed Salad Sprinkle


This delicious nut and seed sprinkle will add a kick of flavour and crunch to any salad, along with extra protein and super good fats. 

Makes one large jar


1 cup FreshLife Natural Almonds 

1 cup FreshLife Pistachios 

1 cup FreshLife Pumpkin Seeds 

1 ¼ cup FreshLife Sunflower Seeds

½ cup FreshLife Sesame Seeds 

4 Tbsp tamari 


  • Heat a large non-stick pan over a low heat. Add almonds and pistachios to the pan. Keep the nuts moving with a wooden spoon until they are toasted around the edges. Remove and set aside. 

  • Repeat with the sesame seeds and set aside. 

  • Repeat with the sunflower and pumpkin seeds, moving them around constantly with a wooden spoon until the pumpkin seeds begin to crackle and pop. 

  • Return the almonds, pistachios and sesame seeds to the pan along with the tamari and take off the heat. Work quickly to stir the tamari through the mixture to ensure every seed is coated. 

  • Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and allow to cool.

TIP: Store in an air-tight container for up to two weeks, and sprinkle over any salad that needs a hit of savoury crunch, or just have a handful as a snack!
