Pear, Walnut & Blue Cheese Salad




2 tsp honey

⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

2 pears

3 cups rocket leaves

100 g blue cheese, cut into chunks

¾ cup FreshLife Californian Walnuts, lightly toasted

1-2 tsp FreshLife Sesame Seeds, lightly toasted


  • Mix honey, extra-virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar.

  • Remove cores from the pears and chop into chunks.  Place pears in a bowl and pour over the dressing.

  • Combine rocket leaves, blue cheese and FreshLife Californian Walnuts on a serving platter.

  • Scatter salad with ripe pears and dressing and sprinkle over the FreshLife Sesame Seeds.
